Excellent, Professional and Timely service. The staff are very knowledgeable and easy to speak to. I had a difficult time finding one tire for my Venza. These guys found it and installed it the same day! I went back for tire tork and it was done with a smile and within 5 minutes of arriving! You are my tire choice! :)
I came upon an accident the other day and as I passed by I picked up some debris in my tire, it went flat, I limped the car less than a block into my work parking lot, in the morning I put on the space saver and went to Poor Boy tire, I was greeted by kind staff that accommodated me, Brandon the servicemen that worked on my tire, vary respectful fellow, he informed me that the tire would have been repairable, had I not driven on it, he vary politely and respectably showed me the consequences of driving on a flat, even for a short distance, he hooked me up with another tire, Cheers Brandon you're a straight up Dude. Great service and pricing. I called around the city and was quoted double prices that PoorBoy charges. And I would need an appt booked a week away. Needed new tires desperately due to contractor nails through my condo parking lot. They booked me in under 2 hours and I paid exactly what the guy quoted me on the phone. Second time there and will be back for future tire repairs or new tires. Thanks to the team there!
Great bunch of people. Very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Nice shop with a comfortable waiting area. Prices are excellent and a great selection of high-quality tires. They know that their reputation is important and they stand behind their stuff, new or used. I had a great experience; highly recommended!
